    Wine, wine, wine

Hi Frank! Thanks for this link. My husband is a huge wine and cigar guy....loves the Brunellos! I just ordered 6 bottles for him. The price here is fantastic, especially with free shipping!

I'm more of a petite sirah/zin kind of gal. We LOVE Napa Valley, are big fans of Vincent Arroyo wines...also Chase Vinyards for old vine Zins. What would it take to create a wine lovers forum??? I'd be happy to moderate.

I'll pay your tip forward with another. There is a fabulous place in Calistoga, CA (Napa Valley) called the WINE GARAGE. They have low priced wine clubs and come up with some tremendous finds. Here is the website and a blurb from the site for those who may be interested.

Welcome to Wine Garage - Wine Garage ยป Home
Opened by Todd and Joy Miller, The Wine Garage has upwards of 200 different wines available, with a current inventory of over 3,000 bottles. Todd Miller is the wine buyer. He seeks out and personally visits small wineries throughout California (usually in rural, less-traveled areas such as Lodi, Paso Robles, Amador and Mendocino) whose wines are not commercially available outside their own areas. Miller then negotiates a price directly with the vintner and delivers the merchandise himself to the Calistoga shop. A handful of small wineries in Napa and Sonoma Counties are also represented, along with wines from New Zealand, Chile, Argentina, Spain, and South Africa. Miller enjoys hunting for unusual and lesser-known limited-production wines: "I love scouting for these small and hand-crafted lots of wine," Miller explains, “and our customers get to share in these discoveries. They’ll ask about labels they've never seen before—and won't see anywhere else at a wine store in northern California!"

Our Wine Club will include a six bottle selection of wines during the following months: October, November, December, February, April, and May. Each selection will consist of six new wines. You will have the option of becoming a member of our Red & White Club, the Red Only Club, or the Intense Red Club. The club selection will contain three wines that are $15 and under, and three wines that are $15 and over, with the exception of our Intense Red Club which typically includes $20 to $25 bottles

    Wine Garage Wine Club Benefits
    * Free Membership
    * Club members will receive a 10% discount on six-bottle club selections
    * A 15% discount will be offered to members who reorder a full case, and a 10% discount will be offered to members who wish to reorder 6 bottles of any bottle that was included in that month’s club selection.
    * Access to pre-release wines: as a member you will receive first notification on wines that Todd has found before they reach the store floor.
    * Choose between our Red Club, Red & White Club each costing approximately $100.
    * Members will receive background information and tasting notes via email.

    Cheers! Provecho! Salud!

No big deal, Joe sent me 6 large bottles of wine, 4 were Ruffinos both gold and tan, 1 was a huge Renwood and the last was a Pinot Noir. Between his 6 and my 1 Brunello that I donated. We received back on Auction over $1,600. Total value IMO was not even a third of that.
I just want him to know that we are very thank full for his donation to the church.

I only bought 2 because I never heard of it and it was not rated. I emailed my friend Sal to get it but I think he missed it. I did not want to buy it for him in case it was not good. Wait it is a Brunello it has to be good.

At that price it'd be hard to complain, unless there were something actually wrong with it, in which case the site would undoubtedly make a refund.

After what Joe did for my Church he would have to sell me vinegar in order for me to say something. And if it is vinegar I will use it on my salad. He will not be getting any complaints from me. In all the years I have only had 2 problems which he made good on. 1 was some wolf gold that was real nasty. The other was he sent me the wrong Ruffino mags. He sent 2000 Tan rather than the 2003 gold mags. I now want more 2000 tan mags. I like them more than the gold.

I needed their Customer Service once, when there was a broken bottle in a shipment. They are a 1000% class act, I am very pleased to do business with them and will continue until my credit cards are canceled
