wines til sold out has excellent customer service

A few weeks ago I ordered 4 Italian white wines from Wines til sold out. They weren't expensive, about $10 per bottle. We opened one this weekend and I thought it was awful. I wrote to them just asking if anyone else had the same experience. They credited my account and told me to keep the wine. If the others are as bad, I have some cooking wine for free!!! I am very pleased with their customer service so far.

Frank and I have also found their customer service to be excellent in the rare occasions we've needed it.

It was a Gavi Bersano 2004.
