To all of our members and friends:
This is a first for us!
We have had an opportunity to buy 60 hard to find Burgundy wines from a very reputable source. Instead of offering them on the site one at a time, we have decided to pass the entire lot to you in a one day marathon. All items will ship in November and are guaranteed to be delivered to your door no later than November 15th (in plenty of time for Thanksgiving).
The 2005/2006 vintage is said to be one of the best vintages of all time. The wines being offered are from the top burgundy producers in France. These are NOT petite Chateaus. The event is a marathon styled event in the way it runs as it will start (as always) at midnight. From 12:00am to 9:00am there will be a new wine presented on the site every 30 minutes. During this time, the wines will not change even if they sell out. However, starting at 9:00AM the wines will be replaced when sold out, or every 30 minutes, whichever comes first. This will last until 11:59PM or until the last wine is sold out, whichever comes first. We will rotate 2 Red Burgundies followed by 1 White Burgundy for the entire marathon.
Please be aware THE QUANTITIES ARE VERY LIMITED! We have only been able to acquire a very small amount of each of these gems, so please act quickly. As always we will only accept web orders.
Each wine will have a picture of the label and a description, the number of bottles produced and a rating if the vintage received one. Free ground shipping will be included as always and 2nd day air is available for an additional $2.75 per bottle if you so choose. Orders cannot be combined for free shipping. We will ship all wine in early November and guarantee you will receive it before Thanksgiving!
