I am sorry to say the label picture was wrong...it is a barbera and the description is correct.
Anyone who was miss directed can at anytime e mail me for a return and a complete refund.

I've been in the city for a few days, will check today when I get home if mine arrived. I jumped on it since it was Barolo, I didn't even read the description.
If you try one and it's wonderful, please let me know, b/c otw I am going to return it.

No, someone was home to get it. I would much prefer to have the Barolo than to just return what I got if it's possible, I bought 6 bottles.

If it drinks good then I would keep it even for just a dinner wine.
I admit I thought it was to good to be true. To bad he does not give us a discount code for the next order to make up for it or just charge us half price for this order.

We went out to dinner and I came home and opened the box--which has been sitting in the kitchen since the afternoon. The wine is still so cold! I have to let it warm up before we can drink it.

I'm having some of the wine. It's good, but it's not blowing me away. Tastes like a good $12-$16 wine. It's still on the chilly side, though, and it tastes kind of tight. It needs to warm up and open out, if that make sense. It's so cold it has barely any scent.

Personally I would keep it for $10 a bottle--it still seems like a good price.

I had the wine at room Temp and both myself and my BIL enjoyed it. In fact it was better than the wines we had at the restaurant tonight. It is good to drink now but since it is only a 2006 it can only get better with age, IMO it is Well worth much more than what we paid.
