Wine Woot has the Vinturi Red Wine Aerator on sale. I just received mine from Amazon where I paid about $10 more.
When we were in Napa, all the tasting rooms sold these and some were using them on some wines.
If you have a wine that is still a little tight, this will open up a glass of wine and not the a full bottle of wine like pouring the wine into a glass decanter will do. I did see someone actually using the areator to pour the wine into the decanter, giving the wine a double areation.
Don't use it on a wine that is already opened up and drinkable or it may push it over the edge sooner that you want. But if you have a tight, closed up wine, this makes it drinkable now.
