Plus, the island is listed as being less than one acre. (It's listed as 40,000 square feet. An acre is 208.75 feet by 208.75 feet, which makes 43,560 square feet.) If I were spending $15,000,000 to buy less than an acre, I'd want it to be in Manhattan.
