NEW YORK--FEBRUARY 12, 2008-- For departures in May and
August only, Qantas Airways has just slashed fares to
Australia from New York:

- New York-Sydney ... $1198 roundtrip
- New York-Brisbane ... $1198 roundtrip
- New York-Melbourne ... $1198 roundtrip

The fuel surcharge is already included -- making these sale
fares hundreds OFF what we usually see. You can depart
between May 1-31 or August 1-31. Book by Feb. 28.

For Hawaii in June/July is $1995 on the current special.

LA is $2984 on special.

New York in August is $2927 for us Aussies with Qantas. I'm on their site now. You Americans get a cheaper rate. The fares you posted are for New York to Oz only, not the other way around.

You guys are such tease, you keep suggesting fares for U.S. residents. Just rub salt in the wound why don't you. Our fares are ridiculous compared to U.S. fares. You don't know how good you've got it.

Fare came from ExpertFlyer, my GDS access. Note the fare is in AUD, purchased in SYD, all important factors to you.

The next job would be to find availability. I usually use ITA for that, but there may be better engines in Oz, like zuji.com, etc.
