More financial trouble for this club membership. Creditors are trying to foreclose and invalidate all the memberships. Members are trying to take over the resorts and restructure the club.

Class action lawsuits never seem to make any real difference to anyone but the attorneys behind them.. In fact, I believe that at times they may actually do just as much damage to consumers as the developers themselves! Unfortunately, often if you have the disposable income to pursue a lawsuit, you may well be better off trying to find an attorney to specifically address your personal issue.
