For those who may have been members of Chateau World AND who had payments for their memeberships taken by Travelers Acceptance or Crelogix Acceptance- there is a class action that has been filed against the financial companies on your behalf.
It appears that Travelers Acceptance/Crelogix had no legal right to take money from Chateau World members. This is good news for those who made payments to the financial companies because, unlike victims of Chateau World who paid directly to Chateau World- people who paid Travelers Acceptance or Crelogix may have a good chance of getting their money back.
There is information about the demise of Chateau World (formerly Royal Club International) and also the class action against Travelers Acceptance/Crelogix at Chateau World, Elevations Resort & Andre Muran and Travellers Acceptance
