Going to Banff with a DAE trade the end of Feb. Any suggestions on how to rent a car for a week to save money?

They currently have a compact car in Calgary for the last week of Feb for $17.95 a day.

In June of 07 hotwire.com got us a good rental in Calgary with Hertz.
