  • Grand Cayman Morritt's Tortuga Pictures

Someone pointed out I did not have any GC pictures on my link below.

Here are some from my latest trip and the first time I stayed in my oceanfront Penthouse unit (wooden building - not seaside)

We totally loved the laid back atmosphere and uncrowded beaches - a sharp contrast from anywhere in Aruba, another island we love.

Great pictures reminds me of our views from Morritts Grand overlooking beach. I didn't realize that ocean front wooden buildings at Morritts Tortuga club were that nice!!!!!

I also enjoyed your pictures of stingray city which was one of the highlights of our trip. Did you get to go to Rum Point one of our favorite spots on GC.

I must say it looks like the weather was much better when you went. We were there December 2006 or 2007 ( can't remember which) and had several days of rain with one day when it poured all day.

I also found a lot more wind when we were there than we ever had in Aruba.

Pat- It looks like you are the expert on the caribbean! Quick question about the differences between Cayman and Aruba--
Did you feel you needed a car? and Did you find one more expensive than the other?
