Specifically, the power to take over ownership of an interval for unpaid assessments.. Also, provides protection for the association to collect unpaid assessments when an interval is foreclosed for mortgage default.

Not quite Sure more Timeshare development is a good idea, its great for the developer, but sucks for everyone else.
