This appears to be a never ending case.. It goes back to 1996 when the resort blocked a road that a neighbor used to access their land. Evidently, it continues today.. You have to wonder if the ultimate cost is even worth it!

It would have been cheaper to install an automatic gate, and give the people the access code! I guess that at least the lawyer's are benefiting!

I was hoping that you meant the case against unFairfield, which really screwed over the HOA's while mismanaging the place. Unforturnately, I think that case went away when unFairfield took their USVI unit into bankruptcy.
