USVI Property Taxes 2007 - issued and due 5/15/11

February 18, 2011
The Division of Property Tax informs Virgin Islands property owners that
the 2007 property tax bills have been issued. The 2007 bills are issued
to the property owners of record as of January 1, 2008.
Property owners are encouraged to pay their 2007 property taxes by March
15, 2011. The 2007 tax bills shall become delinquent if not paid by
May 15, 2011.
Payments can be made in person or by mail. Checks, cash, money orders,
ATM, debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard only) are accepted.
Persons submitting their payments by mail are advised not to send cash.

Office of the Tax Assessor on each island at 776-8505 on St. Thomas

been recorded prior to this date to be on the 2007 tax roll.***
