1121 is a great unit for people with kids..easy in and out!!!

How is the construction going?

Construction definitely going. Pool work noisy enough to travel/interfere with the beach out front of Matthew's. But I found a perfect "sweet spot" by dragging the lounge chair into the surf - loud enough to block the jackhammers

There are also unit renovations going on so we've had some noise just above us. A pre-dinner beach walk has helped to cover but I do miss my usual siesta... not complaining though, it is really quite manageable.
