Dawn Beach Club

I have an exchange for next October and would like to know about the Dawn Beach Club, I can't find any evaluations or opinions. I looked at trip advisor, but their evaulations were for the Westin, which I understand is next door and the Beach club has access to. Anyone??

I stayed there a gazillion years ago (17 years?). The Dawn Beach club burned to the ground a long time ago and nothing had been done to it.The beach is lovely. I imagine the area has been built up since the Westin was put in. I liked it because it wasn't nearly as congested as the area between Maho Bay and Phillipsburg.
