They no longer offer the non-stop. Not sure when the last date is, but
we've been rescheduled to completely unworkable flights through MIA.
I am canceling and getting a refund, but other flights are now significantly more $ than we paid.

We booked Jetblue, have 24 hours to cancel. Tix are $250 pp more than we will get back from AA. There are six of us. Hard to justify.

Wait do not cancel yet, You can always get your refund. If th price goes down on a non stop with another airline then cancel, If not I would keep what they give you but try to get an upgrade to a better class.

We just canceled, the flights were terrible, AA is a mess, and it was a decent sum. First class wouldn't help going through customs in Miami or the bad connections. I will keep an eye on other airlines but it's a holiday week so unlikely to get any better. Not to mention that there are countless screwed AA customers scrambling to grab the non-stops that are available. I'm not overly hopeful, but will keep an eye out. We may have had to cancel last minute anyway, this way we get some cash back. At least that's what I'm telling myself

I've been using kayak but it hasn't been that reliable lately. I'll try bing next time.
