Alexandra Resort offers Timeshare in TCI

So apparently the Alexandra Resort in the Turks and Caicos is now offering timeshares! I have visited the Alexandra Resort on vacation but now I am looking into possibly renting in the remodeled Chelsea Building.
Its right on Grace Bay in TCI and the vacation ownership starts at $10,000 for a week. I know the hotel is wonderful but has anyone else looked into this new timeshare opportunity?

I look at the Alexandra about 3 yrs ago when they were renovating, can't say much as all the rooms I was shown was been work on, so we could only stand by the door and look in,I was not impress.
Was impress with grace bay though,great beach run from one end of the Island to the next on one side of the Island,about 20 miles of white sand,

took a kayak from The Sands hotel at one end of the Island (Hemingway's restaurant) along the cost, don't know what the name of were we end up, Took a about 8 to 9 hours or rowing, of course we had food and drinks with us, would not recommend it, but it was fun, but would not do it again, but hey, now we can brag,

They were selling timeshare at Niki beach, when we were there, that was an impressive place,"man oh man" but I was told the developer ran out of money they are now closed
