  • Help with Marriott Aruba timeshare value

    Hi All,

I'm looking to find the resale value of my 5-Star Marriott Renaissance Aruba Beach Resort and Casino timeshare. It is a one bedroom deeded unit, #113, week 47 (Thanksgiving week). Anyone know how I can find this out without having to call a reseller who wants to rip me off? Or can you recommend an excellent reseller who won't rip me off.

    Thank You,
    Frank

I'm guessing, but i would guess somewhere between 7 and 12 k. If you check EBAY resales, you might get a better idea or maybe someone else is a bit more up to speed on resale prices.

Tony, this is not the Marriott but the Renaissance in town (used to be Sonesta Suites).

fetoma, I have seen winter weeks (6,9,10,11) sell for $4000-6000....I had negotiated a price of $4200 for a week 10 for a friend. Week 47 would have a fairly high demand because of Thanksgiving ......but the Friday only check-in would mean you were checking out the day after T-day - not what most people are looking for.
I have seen off season weeks listed for $3000-6000 but do not know what they sell for.
Try to check Redweek and myresortnetwork.com for other listings...
