Oh darn, so that is what the bracelets are about???

If they want to throw me out of the pool, fine by me (not that I'm planning on spending on time in there anyway, and the hot tub is cold to boot). Showing security a room ought to do the trick, the wristbands are ridic.
I am surprised they won't let them pick you up ... And when you have food and beverage onsite that is open to the public, it does seem smart to be negative to outsiders.

Using the pool facilities is a different matter.

I use Skype for all my local calls. Not the room phone. Don't want to pay $1-$2 per minute charge.
I am at Bluebeard's BeachClub STT now and do the same here.

How many people are in your group? When do you plan to go? We have a car and are planning on Tukkas one evening but haven't decided what night yet.
That is very nice of you Vicki....I hope you are enjoying your stay.

It is such a small community ... Why they are alienating others is a mystery. Certainly can't be good business.

Can't you use your cellphone for free? I have AT&T and since St. Thomas is part of the US there's no charge.

Verizon does not recognize this For ME as the US. I still have an unlimited data plan with an iPhone 5S and For Me this is all international.

If I drop my unlimited plan which I plan to do as they increased the rated by double they would consider this US.

          I must be special.

So, it's not just me, huh?! Don't you just hate it when you don't get what you used to get or what you thought you'd get?

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt; I don't think your problems are because you did anything wrong.

Hope it gets better, like, your swimsuit does not dissolve in the hot tub. (Or it does, whichever works better for you.)

I have since stayed in the same unit that had been converted to a two bedroom. Very odd set-up but far better company.

I seem to remember we got free wi-fi, tokens for the laundry and comped a dinner at Davids.

I did not wear my bracelet last March but am not a pool user. Tukka could pick up at that point but I believe they charged you a ridiculous amount to call them.

I am hoping your stay improves and that the diving clears you of that negative energy. Remember if you look for things to bother you, you are very likely to find them. Go to the yoga class.

Three dives today, the mermaid is loose even if she does swim in circles a bit due to bad foot
First dive brought two 6 foot reef sharks, it was a great day. What negative energy?
We have a car, planning to Tukka later in the week. Almost went tonight to have them cook the lion fish that Nigel got, but are staying more local due to the most luscious languid lack of energy

The lion fish tacos at Eagle Rays are divine.

Happymum and DD will be happy you saw the Sharks, GrayFal not so much!

I've had the lionfish tacos at Eagle Rays. But the guys from Tortuga Divers sells theirs to Tukka. And since I was there for the spearing we were thinking about having Tukkas cook them up for us. But perhaps another time, looks like we'll be going out at least 2 or 3 more days this week. I do want one day off the boat to do the drift snorkel, though. I think...

Don't they have the most beautiful eyes?

Nigel is great and there were also 2 fabulous women dive masters. Trying to remember the one's name. She sometimes captain's. She has very expressive under water gestures and could find ANYTHING like a pair of drum fish. Kaitlyn was sweet too. You are in good hands with Red Sail and I'm so glad you are in the zen of scuba.

Now they know how you dive and all your stuff is waiting on the boat. sheer bliss.

Love Nigel. I think you must mean Sarah. she uses the writing tablet, and she's awesome (and funny! she wrote "bitch" about one of the sharks). I was out with her on my one dive here after we got certified in March of 2014. And there's a new kid, Chris, what a love, and just my speed, right in step w me. Today was SHARK TANK day. Three dives, at least three sharks per dive. Saw a nurse shark kill and eat a lion fish in front of my face - the crew said they'd never seen that happen before (they usually spear the lion fish to attract the sharks - at our last dive this afternoon they were circling so close I was relieved Sarah didn't have her spear). I may need to take tomorrow off, weather depending. It's all fine 60 ft down, but getting back on board w a bad foot in the weather this afternoon was a bit hairy what with the 4 ft swells and all, so tbd.
