I subscribe to Jeff Berger's SXM Newsletter. Apparently, there's going to be some big announcement re: Pelican next Monday.

"There is big news in St. Maarten timesharing. We had heard about it last weekend
and just got the details yesterday, too late for a Monday newsletter.

So . . . stay tuned next Monday. You will read what has just happened . . . and
see a letter from someone who has been up to his eyeballs in the Pelican saga
since the beginning."

Please tell friends who own at either Pelican Resort or Sapphire Resort to

The big news turned out to be the special assessment at Sapphire, which has been discussed on the TTOL forums since 10/2.
