  • Morritts Tortuga Club Owners Proxy Voting

I have copied this post from Anne Gentry over at the Morritts Owners Forum

    Guys, this is important. VOTE

If you are wanting to vote for Myron for re-election, (I did, I feel he is in there working for us) here is what you need to do.

The way the Proxy system works, you have to give your permission to someone else who will be at the meeting to vote for you. You DO NOT put the name of the person you are wanting to vote for on the proxy form. You put the name of the person who is voting for you. You have to trust them to vote for the person you want.

We have someone who follows this forum, and she will be down at the Morritt's on Vacation during the BOD meeting and has very graciously agreed to take down our proxies and vote for Myron.

Please get the proxy that you received in the mail from the Morritt's. It came with your budget proposal last week. Fill it out. If you do not have the form, click on this and print it out.

If you do not know your contract number, go with the unit week and unit number on your contract or you can email Global at:
    KKrauze@grmgmt.com
giving your name and asking for your contract number.

On the form first write in your name(s), then after "of" write in your city and state, after the word "appoint", you need to write in: Sara Frease. after the word "of", write in Dayton, Ohio. She has very kindly agreed to take down our proxies and vote for Myron.

You will then mail your proxy to her at:

    Sara Frease
    7521 Elin Ct.
    Dayton, OH 45415

You need to do this as soon as possible. The vote is scheduled for Oct 25.
