Costa Linda unit 1020 questions

I posted this on TUG with no responses so far so I figured I would try here as well.


We are in the process of purchasing a 2BR at Costa Linda unit A1020
( timeshare number 8 and our 4th week in Aruba). I checked their website and I can see that it's a ground floor unit and not facing the pool. I called Costa Linda and verified everything about the unit and they told me " it's a very nice unit on the quiet side". Here are my questions from owners or anyone who has stayed there and is familiar with this side of Costa Linda.

1) Can I see the Ocean and eagle beach from the patio?

2) Can I walk right out onto beach from the unit or is the patio enclosed?

3) I already asked Costa Linda about the view and all they told me was "it's nice" and there is no parking lot or dumpster on that side just eagle beach.

Is this true?

Any negative comments about this unit?

Hi Larry, sorry I didn't respond sooner but just got back! I see you purchased the unit. You will be able to walk right out onto the sand - patios on the ground floors are not enclosed. You should be able to see the ocean looking down the beach towards California Lighthouse - looking up. You will have sunrise but not sunset which will make it cooler as well. Linda
