First time going to CR and would like to find central location for a timeshare to visit many of the sights;

We would like to do the following;

Canopy Tour
Volcano
Hot Springs
White water rafting
Horseback riding
kayacking

can anyone suggest a timeshare where it is somewwhat close to these activities. We plan on renting a car. Thanks!
