Silver, week 43, the price is negotiable.

There's an EOY silver week on Tug for $6800.

I know this isn't the best deal in town, but I think we will start seeing some marked down due to the economy.

The one on Craigslist describes it as a "villa". Does this differ from another type of 2 bedroom - if anyone knows ?

Beags, different phases of the resort have different configurations....
There are 2BR sleep 8 that are the large 1BR small 1BR.
and then dedicated 2BRs sleep 6.

go to the Starwood owners site - I am not on my computer so don't have the link....and u can see all the layouts and what they call each one.

There was a Harborside 2-bdrm as a Redweek Exchange a few days ago; I think it was about 2800 Redweek points, and was for fall. I found out about it because I'm signed up to be notified if Redweek gets any exchanges there. But, it was gone by the time I went to the site, less than an hour after Redweek sent me the email.

(Not that this is particularly relevant to this thread, but I found it interesting.)

There's a rental on eBay right now--I think starting bid is $1300 and the buy it now is $2000. Can't remember the week.

Lots of Harborside Atlantis on ebay, redweek, Timesharesonly and the prices have come waaaay down.
Those MFs are fairly high (MHO here) in comparison to some of their other sister resorts.
Yes, it is a sickness to return from a resort that you've enjoyed and then go t/s pricing !
