I found the turquoise water !!!

Well gang, I am here in the lobby waiting to take the $25 2-hour island tour.

Arrived late yesterday, so haven't seen a whole lot.

Have a hillside villas, unit 3221, which is on two floors and a great view of Cruz Bay.

Have been treated very well. Nice, friendly folk.

Will update soon.

Oh, I did not bring my digital camera (as I did not come straight from home), only my 35mm. Hope I can scan photos to you all.

Ahhhhhhhh....when u get home and develope your film, have a photo CD made of your pix so u can SHARE.

IT definitely is paradise. I haven't been there in a few years but have an exchange into Sunset Ridge Villas starting July 26th. If they still have it, there was a boat trip that left the Westin for a snorkeling trip to Virgin Gorda and the Baths. The beauty of the place is breathtaking. On the way back we stopped and anchored off a small island for more snorkeling. I saw an octopus up close and personal and a barracuda. It was a wonderful day's excursion, a bit different than one described by GrayFal (no stop at Soggy Bottoms.) Another activity we enjoyed was the Reef Bay hike. A bus will take you from the National Park visitor center in Cruz Bay to the trailhead. You hike down guided by a ranger, then take a boat back to the visitor center (fees are involved) but it's moderately priced. Do eat at Asolare, Chateau Bordeaux, and The Fish Trap. When all is said and done, I think no matter what you do or where you eat you can't help but have a great time on this beautiful island.

Yes !!! Going to Trunk & Maho Bays to snorkel. Hope GreenPeace doesn't try to drag me back into the water again ! I just hate that when they start pouring water on you and the volunteers drag you back in !
I have to lose weight !

I'm up in the hillside villas, building 32 with a great view of Cruz Bay.
