Just wondering your thoughts on the best exchange company to use for high end resorts in Central and South America? Thinking about Costa Rica, Panama, Brazil, etc.

platinum gets a lot of Rio.
TPI gets Argentina.

I don't think there are any "high end" resorts in Costa Rica.
