During your stay, we do wish to extend a very "KIND REMINDER" that you adhere to the Rules and Regulations, Section #19 in your contract specifically regarding "solicitation" on the Morritts Properties. Please note that the rule states that a purchaser (owner) will not solicit on the resort premises for the purpose of selling goods, services or other property or for any purpose. The rule specifically bans the soliciting for the purpose of re-selling license (an owner's unit).

We hope that you accept this reminder for the purpose that it is intended which is simply an effort to assure that you as an owner and we (as a company) avoid any unnecessary immigration issues. Also, it is intended that an owner realize that the company has the right to not transfer a license if the owner solicited while on Morritt's property.

Do you think they did a SEARCH like THIS and are feeling the pinch of the economy. Week before last this resort didn't even sell for $1 with all closing costs/transfer fees paid. WOW!

Hey, curious as to how you got that notice? Were you there and it was posted somewhere, handed out to each room or handed to one indiviual that was peddling their unit?

It is a quote so was this on another forum or topic here?
