  • All Inclusive honeymoon friendly resorts

I am looking for a nice all inclusive resort for a honeymoon- basically a "no kids" resort would be best - but anywhere with great service and decent activites would be great. Does anyone have any experience with timeshare all inclusives?

Sandal's Grande villa resort Ocho Rios Jamaica does not allow kids under 16 at the resort. Very nice timeshare villa's some with private plunge pools especially for honeymooners. You can also use all amenities and restaurants at Sandals Ocho Rios across the road and Sandals Dunn's River Falls just a couple of miles town the road. I think they have a shuttle that will take you to Dunn's river plus shuttle back and forth between the two Ocho Rios properties.

I would also recommend Paradisus Punta Cana as another really nice all inclusive timeshare or their newest paradisus Palma Real also in Punta Cana. They don't exclude kids but I remember it as mostly couples.

Both my daughters had their honeymoons at the Mayan Palace Acapulco. Although not the carribbean and not AI they both loved it.

I've known a few honeymooners that liked the Moon Palace- nice resort remotely located between Cancun and Playa- all inclusive. Bad news is that kids are allowed and the beach sucks for swimming.

I am an owner at Temptation Resort and Spa in Cancun, it's an adults only (over 21) All Inclusive resort. We absolutely love the resort and in the 2 times we've been there have been at least 3 or 4 couples on their honeymoon, on each occasion.
As it is an adult resort there are plenty topless women around and at the 'Sexy' pool some of the games are quite saucy although never vulgar. So you have to be a bit open minded. There are a couple of quiet pools as well if you want some peace and quiet.
Go onto there website and check them out.

I'll highly recommend the Aventura Spa in Mexico. It is adults only, and my daughter took her honeymoon there and absolutely loved it!

Plus, a few added bonuses... you are able to visit any of the other Palace resorts in that area, and if they go during off-season times, they offer fantastic rates for the all-inclusives. I also didn't even have to use an exchange, just paid $199 to book it through RCI. All-inclusive for both, for the week, was $700. Call them for the current pricing.

Most of the Melia's, including the Paradisus, have a kid's club and are not child exclusive.

It's not all inclusive, but Ocho Cascades in Puerto Vallarta is lovely. Each unit has its own pool; you can schedule dinner to be cooked for you in your unit; you can get massages in your unit. The following link will take you to pictures of a unit.

Ocho Cascadas Penthouse Rental Puerto Vallarta Mexico

Trip advisor recomends it for "an amazing honeymoon."

The following link has more pictures and floor plans:
                        Ocho Cascadas

These are individual units, not the common area. The pools and units cascade down the mountain. It's pretty special.
