My quota on PMs has been reached as I'm just a posting member now. I haven't paid my dues as "donate to the site" isn't working. I did note this under Project Management, but no response. Until then, cannot send PMs.

Anyway, The final tally is what I paid for mine, $12k as the seller paid the fees as was getting cold feet.
This is a fantastic deal, still, at 12k as it's a better week than mine, but both are Gold Plus.

I happened to see this one too and couldn't believe my eyes since it is such a highly demanded resort on a beautiful island. When will the bottom reach of the re-sale prices of these major timeshare resorts? How are big developers going to continue to compete?

Boy do I wish I was retired so I'd have more vacation time. I'd definetely consider this one.
