Hello - I'm negotiating with someone re buying their 2BR Marriott Aruba Ocean Club gold week Ocean Front timeshare. I'm trying to get a feel for a reasonable/great price for this place. There are very few Ocean Front shares at this resort, the majority are Ocean Views (I'm told a total of 16 Ocean Fronts exist vs couple hundred Ocean Views), so all the resale websites have plenty of Ocean View listings but no Ocean Fronts.
If anyone has any familiarity with this resort, I'd appreciate your thoughts on if you've heard of any recent prices of actual transactions. In the ROFR database I saw mentioned elsewhere on this site, I saw a July 2BR gold Ocean Front sale for $11K which seems like an amazing deal (or made up, not sure how those entries are verified). How much more would you think an Ocean Front would be vs an Ocean View?
Anyones thoughts would be appreciated. Again the specs are:

Gold level (week 18-49, ie May 3-Dec 13th)
