  • Things to do in Tenerife

It is a fact that there is a Tenerife for everyone; for the young and the not so young, for those who wish to wallow in a bath of neon lights with the air vibrating with decibels, and for those who want a lovely land for ageing slowly. Unlimited pleasure is the keynote of being in Tenerife, whether it is fun, sun worshipping, excellent cuisine, tranquil days or lively nights, it offers a large choice in the kind of living that you are looking for.

Just another Indian spammer who probably has no idea where Tenerife is, since one prior spam message was in German.

Oh, yes, that. "Those folks" who didn't study their geography.

I thought we had Google for that.

Can not Google if you never heard of it before. I found out about the area only about 8 years ago from the UK TST website. never heard of the area before that.

As T.O. said, it was the site of the largest air disaster ever. All things that could go wrong, went wrong with the , reportedly, added ego of the KLM pilot.

It helped to change, for the better, the position of co-captain in relation to the captain of an aircraft, but with ~ 580 lives lost.

Now and then they show it on the History Channel or similar. Fascinating stuff.

Found it as an option in RCI accidentally. That's how I found out about it.
