  • Resort Properties from Robert Carlisle

I received an email today from ROBERT CARLISLE regarding Resort Properties asking if i had a problem with my ownership at Hollywood Mirage, if i did i could join his class action suit, he informed me that i did not have to pay any money until my file had been past to the lawyers.

Has any one else had an email from Robert Carlisle regarding Resort Properties, as I have never heard of him before, his email does not give a company he works for and he has a gmail account.

Strange, and weird is this part of a scam.

    thanks

I would avoid this totally. Sounds like an ambulance chaser at best and fraud at worst.

Class Action Suits are vehicles to give the class a couple of dollars and the lawyers hundreds of thousands if not millions. Whatever eventually happens if this is not a phising attempt to extract your information, you will get your $.50 if the suit is settled or decided.

    Cheers

i assume you are referring to the Hollywood Mirage in Tenerife?
if so, you may get more response to your question on Timesharetalk Forum which is more UK/europe biased.

I don't know if things are different on the other side of the pond, but I don't ever remember anyone having to pay a fee to join a class action suit here.
