Help pls, what does 'Resolution for the removal of units from Trust' mean?

Hi, I am here to ask for help, we have a fixed week at Matchroom Heritage CountryClub, Mijas.

We received a letter stating a special GM is being held on 14thFeb 2011, and one of the points of agenda is

"Resolution for the removal of units from Trust' and lists a series of apartment numbers, one of which included is the fixed week apartment that we have.

So can anybody tell me what this is all about, as we have no idea and guess what, nobody is able to tell us when we ring the Matchroom, and full of promises to get the GM to call us, so we are not holding our breath!

Any advice or comments please?
One other point, they tried very hard last year to get us to move over to the points system, but we didn't want to.

With European timeshare questions, you might want to post your question on a European timeshare board like Timeshare Forum For Timeshare Owners - Timesharetalk Forum. One thing I have learned is that in Spain and to a lesser degree the UK, timeshare owners have a lot more ways they can get screwed by developers. The two timeshare resorts I have owned at in Europe were purchased after the developer left the picture.

yes I have and now I have also received a phone call from Matchroom, and the matter has been answered. We are being changed to a floating week.
