Anyone familiar with or stayed in any of the Holiday Club's (Accommodation - Åre - Holiday Club Resorts) in Sweden and Finland?
My husband asked me to look into some White Nights kind of Timeshare locations and I saw a Holiday Club Are in Sweden available 6/22/13. I put it on hold. I read the trip advisor reports it looks ok- kind of like a European Smuggler's Notch but further North and further away. My bigest concern is extra fees for a family of 4 in a 2 bedroom. RCI doesn't mention any. From the website and other review sites I'm gathering breakfast is included but expect big lines. Pool and Spa are an extra 100 SEK's per person ($15) I am assuming thats per person per day. I saw there was an extra fee to upgrade to lakefront 100 SEK and I guess that is per day as well.
Any other timeshare suggestions for Northern Finland or Sweden? I saw some others but was sticking with the gold crown and higher rated resorts.
