I should have posted this earlier, as it has been in effect for several months, but all international trains running to Greece are cancelled indefinitely. Most internal trains seem to still be running, as long as their is not a strike action going that day.
This impacts three international rail lines:
Istanbul to Thesaloniki
Belgrade to Thesaloniki
Bucharest and Sofia to Thesaloniki
I have travelled the first two lines myself. The Istanbul line is particularly useful to tourists. From Thesaloniki, there have been good local conncetionis to Athens and some other destinations.
