Hi All those that have responed to my concerns. Wow you all have been there have'nt you.

I can cancel but will lose the money I have already put down which was 4800 euros. I could try and recover this back as paid on card.

Joanne most of us have been there and one of the main purposes of this site and others is to save people the heartbreak of spending too much and being disappointed in the "real world" of timeshare.

When you began this thread you mentioned that you "just returned and had purchased".

If you read your contract very carefully there will be an area that will include the dates in which you would be able to rescind and NOT lose the euros you put down on this purchase. You must follow those instructions to the letter. Send the information by the postmark date specified and please have a certification or return receipt on the letter to be used as proof of receipt later if required.

We are all hopeful that you have found us in time to rescind.
