Is anyone familiar with Loch Rannoch Highland Club

I have a friend who is interested in pursuing some dirt cheap listings on ebay for Loch Rannoch Highland Club. It appears that the weeks are out of season, but my buddy is very eager to buy. I have suggested that he try to find out more information since it's obvious that these weeks wouldn't be going for such low prices if it were easy to get rid of it when he loses interest.

There isn't a write-up on this resort so if anyone can provide a review, it would be greatly appreciated. And does it trade with any of the big exchange companies?

You might search the TimeshareTalk board for this resort. I believe there were some threads about the HOA throwing off the developer, McDonald REsorts as manager of the resort. McDonald apparently is one of those overbearing developers that the resort was better off without, even though they retaliated by denying use of some of the facilities at the hotel that they still owned.
