Traveling to England & Ireland April 2007

Please tell me the true, what types of clothing should we take on this trip?
Light or heavy winter clothings. What is the weather like the last two weeks of April?

We will be taking a Transatlantic cruise departing from Ft Lauderdale and visiting Cork, Ireland, Dublin, Cornwall, Le Havre (Paris), Southampton and staying three nights in the Edinburgh Hotel Royal Terrace.

We will staying at the Edinburgh Hotel Royal Terrace. Any feedback on this hotel would be appreciated?
