Can't log into timeshare talk

I think I've forgotton my user name there, so I tried to request the info...but I keep getting some kind of microsoft form that doesn't work on my computer.

Then I tried just reregistering, and it says my e-mail is already in use.

Then I just tried requesting my password (assuming I've guessed the right log-in name) but nothing shows up in my e-mail.

Any advice?

I just got in and their status report says that there are problems with slow page loading and that they are working on it.
