  • Why...a UK...

Was just thinking ...why is the title shown as "UK and European " ? The UK has been a member of the EU for 25 years or so.
If it needs to be separate ...why not "Spain and the EU"..there are hundreds of TSs there ..whereas the UK has only dozens !
Maybe we should go for ...Texas and the US ...sorry Keith !.
( am not too serious about this...)

My BH and I are always arguing about this when it comes up. He is from Wales.

How about Europe and the Islands and put all the European Islands together there. There are quite a few.

That may not go over too well either.

It's a perfectly valid question. I guess the only reason the UK is given its own section is because RCI & II both do it. There is an unfortunate tendency by some of the residents of our former colony across the Atlantic to think that the terms UK and England are interchangeable. When they click on the UK they then discover that Scotland, Wales and (bits of) Ireland are also there. Without the 'guide' from UK I wonder how many would ever find resorts in those countries.
That problem doesn't of course affect any members of this board

At least he had the sense to get out. Strange nation the Welsh They say things like "There's weather now, doesn't it?" when you go into a shop when it's peeing down outside.
My old geography master suggested they should concrete over Wales and make it into a car park I don't agree with that 'coz it would mess up my timeshare.

You have a nice one as I looked at the pictures. One day we must do a direct exchange! I love the countryside. Am I right that I saw your pictures as you showed them once or am I confused with someone else.

I don't remember having shown them on this site, but a couple of images from the area around our t/s are on www.timesharetalk.co.uk via this link. http://www.timesharetalk.co.uk/forum....asp?sqldtl=25 If the link doesn't work just go to the media gallery from the home page.
