Spain Timeshare Questions

I am taking the family to Spain next summer to the Costa Del Sol area. My niece and her husband plan to join us and stay an extra week but want to stay in a different area. I found 3 timeshares in the Costa Blanco area (near Denia) that would work. Does anybody have any knowledge about these units as there are not many current reviews out there. Thanks. Tim
