    selling marbella

how about $22k per unit? is that enough difference from marbella sales pricing?
and what is this nonsense about buying uk 'resort' timeshare? based on my experience 'uk resort timeshare' is an oxymoron. all uk folk i met at marbella were from the uk. happy to escape the truly miserable weather. i suspect spain timeshare is majority owned by uk people.
why wouldn't prospects make an offer?

I would estimate that that amounts over $20k are about 100 % overstated unless Platinum

I have already done that, however they aren't done building, one unit to finish, so they aren't ready to buy any but I am on the list. Marriott recommended this forum as way to go forward

There are two lists where you can find what resale prices have been selling for lately.

Rich (rikkis_playpen) posts a list every few months for the Marriott resales as well as for other big resorts too. Here is the thread:

          http://www.timeshareforums.com/forum...wo-months.html

Also, TUGger dioxite has a list of resale prices here that passed or didn't pass the ROFR. If you click on the link, you will get the resales prices.
