We still enjoyed it Keith! and of course meeting you and your better half. The sandbags were the only reminder of how bad the flooding was before I brought the fine weather with me over the pond.

Well Keith, I look forward to a meeting if u r free in 2011 - some of our best times in Dublin were with Ireland's Call Garry and his lovely wife.
My husband says it wouldn't be a vacation without meeting TS friends!

I just was able to check my confirmation - I am in Mews Unit #13

The Mews building houses the game room with 2 snooker tables, darts, a library and also the indoor pool. You'll meet families that come every year and everyone is just lovely.

Pat make sure to order some food stuffs ahead through the resort. There isn't any market to speakof close by. We had eggs, milk, bread, etc on our arrival as well as some suppers delivered from a local restaurant, Owlpen Manor, which also hosts a cream tea. You'll get a packet a few weeks before check-in date as well as information regarding the Wednesday dining option at the estate.

If you or DH like beer the locally brewed Pig's Ear is excellent and there is a pub in walking distance. The honor bar in the library is pretty well stocked and reasonable

          Sounds good lawren.
Fortunately we will have been in Europe for a week already so will not have your time change challenge.
I read the thread where u said u waited out the airfare and got the cheapo round trip thru Aer Lingus..and that really is a good consideration.
There are also ferrys from Dublin to England that are worth a look at.....but using Dublin as a hub could be a good idea.
