Sole vacation club---Tulum

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone has any info. on the building project being stopped at this resort? Dreams-Tulum is still honoring the weeks in hotel rooms but i guess the timeshare building project is now at a stop. I've heard conflicting reports as to "why". If anyone has any information or also owns there, please let me know. Thank you......
