Was thinking of purchasing weeks for a Palace resort,(Adventura Spa). Does anyone the deal with ethe maintinence? Is there any discounts on the all inclusive price if you are an owner? How easy is it to switch to the other 6 resorts from your home resort?

The spas have never been enticing to me. They are all all-inclusive and the fee for that is a bit steep. I think one would be better off buying a vacation package( thru one og the big travel groups) to these resorts. One other thing is that they trade like crap as do most Cancun all inclusives.

Palace Resorts and AI fee
All the Palace resorts are very nice but the AI fees are high although they do vary depending on the time of the year. I do not know the maintenance fee as I do not own there. However some of the Palace Resorts have been cobranded with Wyndham and hence Wyndham timeshare owners may be able to give you some insight into the maintenance fee. We do own in Sunset Group, which has resorts in the Playa Del Carmen and Cancun areas exclusively, and our nicest there is the new Hacienda Tres Rios resort which trades in the luxury group of RCI resorts. I hope this helps.
