  • Anyone know Play Del Sol Grand?

I am looking to book a 1BR here for honeymooners this June.
I have stayed right next door at Villa Del Palmar Flamingos and really like this stretch of beach.

Anyone actually stay here or know more about the area?
    TIA
    Pat

It looks great! How lucky they are that you are wanting to give them this for a gift. Is it all-inclusive? If so, is the cost more than they can pay? That would be my biggest concern if I were giving it as a gift.

It is optional AI, and the cost is about $65 USD pp - when we stayed next door at VDP Flamigos, we did AI for 3 days and dinned out the rest. There are many nice restaurants in the area.

My honeymooners want Aruba as they have not travled much and are 'afraid' of going where English is not the primary language. But this is a VERY nice resort in a nice area.

Gosh - I would choose PV /NV area over Aruba any day. We go to Mexico 6 -10 weeks every year (& we do not speak Spanish). We now only own timeshares in Mexico.

Kids have different ideas nowdays. I could not even get my own son to go to Mexico for his honeymoon - they wanted to go to Jamaica. They spent a fortune going there and I could have booked them a MP or GM with the weeks we own. Go figure.

This particular bride lives a very sheltered life and is no adventourous......

My other bride - that I was able to get the Mayan Palace Riviera Maya for thru SFX, is very excited to go and she has not been many places either. I suggested she book 3 nights after in Cancun - I suggested the Oasis for AI but now I am leaning toward the Palace resorts just to mix it up!

Playa del Sol Grande is in Nuevo Vallarta yes? If so was it not bought out by Belair Collection? I am pretty sure that is new name?

Playa Del Sol is Now Bel Air and they are both fraudulent groups

I bought into PDS in 2007 they became Bel Air in 2010 I think. This is one of the worst decisions I have ever made I would stay far away from them...Bad Guys...
