    In answer to your question: they are telling us that they are buying our timeshare from us, then when signing this paper, they tell us that this "Phoenix Vacation Property Management" company is "looking after" the sale of our property, as in handling the paperwork. However, that's not how it ends up being. They totally mislead you into believing they are purchasing your timeshare. It's total misrepresentation. So many people are being misrepresented by them, it's obvious they have a definite scheme that works for them. We would not have signed anything IF we understood that our timeshare was only being "marketed for sale", and not actually being sold as we were told. Does that explain it better?
