Torrenza in the golden zone

If your walking along the beach, can you have a look and see if there is any building happening at whats suposed to be the Torrenza towers?

I read this post a day or so ago so would be very careful if you decide to go on a presentation at that resort. It's easy to buy but rescinding the contract within the legal stated time may be a nightmare according to this post here.

PS. Here is another warning too.
