  • Cabo San Lucas - What is "Must Do"?

My wife and I are going to Cabo soon for a week and are staying at the Playa Grande. This will be our first time in the city. What are the Must Do and Must See things there?

    Thanks in advance! -Mike

Playa Grande is a very nice resort and within walking distance of the marina, many restaurants and shops. It is a great location. There is a reasonably priced tour of the area that includes a short boat ride to the Arch rock, a stop at a glass blowing factory, and a few other things. Maybe a tequila tasting? Anyway, we found it well worth the money. There are a lot of water activities in the Medano Beach area--parasailing, jetskis, etc. You will find plenty to keep you busy. Enjoy your trip!

Hey Mike - If you're adventurous, you've got to try "Wild Canyon" for Zip Line, Bungee Jumping, Off Roading and more. It's half way between Cabo San Lucas & San Jose del Cabo. Simply amazing, find them on the web. And go to San Jose del Cabo for some authentic Mexican site seeing, dining, art walk and more, well worth the trip.

          Have fun!!

If you like fishing, my friends just got back and reported that they caught a 100 lb sailfish as well as several varieties of tuna and mahi.

if you want to go out and party goto el squid row-i took the inlaws there and they got trashed pretty good.if you rent a car goto todos santos for a day trip.the little bar across the street from hotel california has the best margaritas and a good lunch.first thing we usually do is goto wallmart and costco to stock the room up with food and booze.if you are on vacation most poeple dont feel like getting dressed to go out for breakfast.the marina area is a great place to go out for a drink after dinner.if you are there in october there are many sport fishing boats in the marina for the big $1millon marlon tournament.i was having a good time just cheking those boats out and wondering how to afford a boat with a full time live on crew .
